Proud Moments ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team as a full-time or part-time clinical expert in New Jersey. You will develop and supervise ABA interventions for children on the autism spectrum, focusing on meaningful behavior change while minimizing administrative duties.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral analysis, education, psychology, or a related field.
• Current BCBA license (state dependent) or awaiting exam within 3 months.

Responsabilités

• Develop and supervise targeted interventions that change the lives of children with autism.
• Monitor progress as clients develop positive behaviors and learn new skills.
• Support families by discussing assessment results and treatment recommendations.
• Advocate for clients by monitoring for issues and communicating concerns.
• Share knowledge through supervision, training, and orientation of technicians.
• Physically assist during sessions with children aged 2–15 (movement, lifting, etc.).
