Job summary

Bierman Autism Centers is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead ABA programs at our New Jersey centers. The role includes supervising staff, conducting assessments, and collaborating with families to deliver ethical, individualized treatment plans.

Qualifications

• BCBA or BCBA-D Certification.
• Licensure in states of practice (where applicable).
• Excellent written and oral communication with colleagues, direct reports, and caregivers.

Responsibilities

• Meet prescription fulfillment goals as assigned by Clinical Director.
• Meet hourly and monthly authorization fulfillment equaling 25 billable hours per week.
• Conduct parent training/caregiver collaboration in clinic and home settings.
• Maintain relationships with parents of current clients and conduct caregiver training sessions (at least 1 per client per month).
• Oversee/monitor ABA programs including initial and ongoing assessments.
• Direct, lead & supervise behavior technicians and supervise RBT hours.
