Bierman Autism Centers is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead clinical programs in our North Carolina centers. You will supervise behavior technicians, design treatment plans, and collaborate with families to improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Experience supervising RBTs and coordinating with clinical teams.
• Ability to design and oversee treatment plans and progress reporting.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet prescription fulfillment goals as assigned by Clinical Director.
• Meet hourly and monthly authorization fulfillment averaging 25 billable hours per week.
• Conduct parent/caregiver training sessions in clinic and home settings.
• Maintain relationships with families and ensure ethical, individualized programming.
• Oversee ABA programs in center and community settings and monitor progress.
• Direct, lead & supervise behavior technicians and oversee RBT supervision hours.
