Bierman Autism Centers is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in North Carolina to oversee ABA programs, supervise staff, and ensure ethical, individualized client treatment plans. Qualifications

• BCBA or BCBA-D certification required, with licensure in practice states.
• Experience coordinating ABA programs and supervising staff is preferred.
• Proficient with documentation and data collection using standard systems.

Responsibilities

• Meet prescription fulfillment goals as assigned by Clinical Director.
• Meet hourly and monthly authorization fulfillment goals (around 25 billable hours/week).
• Conduct caregiver training and collaboration, both in clinic and home settings.
• Document all activities per BACB guidelines and funder requirements.
• Lead and supervise behavior technicians and supervise RBT hours.
• Promote Bierman Autism Centers within the community.
