Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services is seeking a BCBA to join our growing team in a role with flexible scheduling and a manageable caseload. The BCBA will supervise BTs/RBTs, review data with families, and tailor treatment plans accordingly.

You will work closely with the Clinical Manager for scheduling and administrative support, while ensuring compliant, ethical behavior interventions and ongoing parent communication.

Qualifications

• Certified as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Minimum 1 year experience with children/adolescents/adults with various needs.
• Proficient with Office 365, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and ABA software.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.
• Review data from sessions with staff and families and adjust treatment plans.
• Provide supervision via meetings with staff and families.
