Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy is seeking a BCBA to supervise a small team and manage a caseload while guiding data-driven treatment plans. The role emphasizes collaboration with families and staff in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification verified by Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
• Minimum 1 year experience with children/adults with special needs.
• Knowledge of behavioral intervention strategies, earning theories and instructional methods.
• Proficiency in Office 365 suite and ABA software.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.
• Review data from sessions with staff and families and adjust treatment plans.
• Provide supervision through team meetings with staff and families.
• Consult with families on treatment concerns and staff effectiveness.
