Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy is seeking a BCBA for home-based services in a growth-oriented team. You will supervise BTs/RBTs, manage a small caseload, and collaborate with families to optimize treatment plans.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required and verified by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
• Minimum of 1 year experience working with children, adolescents, or adults with special needs.
• Knowledge of behavioral intervention strategies, earning theories and instructional methods, ethics and laws.
• Proficient with Office 365, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and ABA software.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.
• Review session data with staff and families, interpret results, and adjust treatment plans.
• Provide supervision through team meetings with staff and families.
• Consult with families on treatment concerns, behavior modification and staff.
