Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join as a full-time or part-time clinical expert. The BCBA will develop and supervise ABA interventions, support families, and collaborate with a multi-tiered clinical team to deliver high-quality services for children with autism.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in IB analysis/behavioral fields.
• BCBA license or sitting for exam within 3 months.
• Experience implementing applied behavioral analysis (ABA) with children with autism.
• Ability to administer and interpret clinical assessments.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, organization, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and supervise targeted interventions for children with autism.
• Share in clients' achievements as positive behaviors emerge.
• Support families by explaining assessment results and treatment recommendations.
• Monitor for potential issues and communicate concerns.
• Supervise, train, and orient new team members.
• Keep pace with clients during sessions, involving physical activity as needed.

Education

Master’s degree in behavioral analysis, education, psychology, or a related field

Current BCBA license

Ability to administer and interpret assessments

Excellent clinical competence and judgment

Exceptional communication, problem-solving, organizational and project management skills
