Get Set ABA is seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our clinical team serving Baltimore County, Maryland. You will conduct assessments, develop ABA plans, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families and schools to drive meaningful progress for children with autism.

Qualificações

• Must hold BCBA certification.
• Experience developing ABA programs and supervising RBTs.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS, AFLS) and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide clinical supervision to RBTs and support their ongoing development.
• Monitor client progress and make data-driven adjustments to behavior plans.
• Collaborate with families, educators, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Maintain all documentation, data collection, and ethical compliance per BACB and payer standards.
• Attend team meetings and support onboarding of new RBTs or BCBAs as needed.
• Participate in and initiate outreach opportunities.

Formação

Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
