Proud Moments ABA in the United States is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join as full-time or part-time clinical experts, delivering ABA services to children with autism using innovative techniques and our supportive clinical team.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral analysis, education, psychology, or related field.
• Current BCBA license (depending on state) or sitting for exam within 3 months.
• Experience applying ABA with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder or related disorders.

Responsabilités

• Develop and supervise the implementation of targeted interventions for children with autism.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans based on data and observations.
• Communicate assessment results and treatment recommendations with families.
• Advocate for clients and monitor for potential concerns.
• Provide supervision, training, and orientation to our growing team of technicians.
• Engage physically with sessions, supporting children aged 2–15 years in activities.
