Channel ABA is hiring Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to oversee ABA services for children with autism across Maryland. You will conduct assessments, create individualized treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families while upholding BACB ethics and Maryland licensing requirements.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification is required.
• Active Maryland LBA license (or eligibility) is required.
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, Special Education, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop FBAs and BIPs.
• Design, implement, and monitor ABA treatment plans.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs/BTs and coordinate caregiver training.
• Ensure high-quality clinical care and maintain BACB ethics and licensing compliance.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and data-driven decisions.
