Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join as full-time or part-time clinical experts in Maryland. You will develop and supervise ABA interventions for children with autism, monitor progress, and collaborate with families to ensure understanding of assessments and recommendations.

Qualifications

• Requires a Master’s degree in Behavioral Analysis or related field
• Current BCBA license or active certification process within 3 months
• Experience delivering ABA interventions to children with autism
• Ability to administer and interpret clinical assessments

Responsibilities

• Develop and supervise targeted ABA interventions for children with autism
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
• Support families by discussing assessment results and recommendations
• Advocate for clients and communicate concerns to the team
• Mentor and train behavioral technicians and support staff
• Assist with data collection, charting, and documentation
