Proud Moments ABA is seeking a part-time BCBA in Reno, NV to join a growing team at a brand-new center. The BCBA will design and supervise ABA interventions, support families, and ensure data-driven decisions with strong clinical support. The role offers flexible scheduling and access to extensive CEUs and training.

Formación

• Master's degree in Behavioral Analysis, Education, or Psychology.
• Current BCBA license or sit for exam in next 3 months – students welcome.
• Current Nevada state license or ready to register once BCBA is obtained.
• Experience implementing ABA with children on the autism spectrum.
• Ability to administer and interpret a variety of clinical assessments.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and supervise targeted interventions for children with autism.
• Track progress as clients acquire new skills and positive behaviors.
• Support families by discussing assessment results and treatment recommendations.
• Share knowledge through supervision, training and orientation of staff.
• Physically move with clients during sessions and assist as needed.
