Job summary

The Treetop ABA in Raeford, NC is looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide high-quality ABA services, perform FBAs, develop individualized treatment plans, and mentor RBTs in clinic and home/community settings.

You’ll join a BCBA-led, collaborative team with strong clinical leadership, flexible scheduling, and no nights or weekends. In-home visits in NC, competitive salary with monthly bonuses, sign-on bonus available, and ample opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA Certification (required).
• North Carolina LBA (Licensed Behavior Analyst) required.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• A compassionate, team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and create individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver play-based ABA therapy in the clinic and support families with home/community goals.
• Train, mentor, and supervise RBTs, ABATs, and Behavior Technicians.
• Collaborate with clinical peers to ensure quality, consistency, and excellent client outcomes.
• Collect and analyze data to measure progress and guide treatment decisions.
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and professional development.
