Job summary

The Treetop ABA is seeking a BCBA to lead client care in Raeford, NC, with in-home visits and a Monday–Friday schedule. The role offers a base salary of $85,000–$100,000 plus monthly bonus opportunities and a sign-on bonus. WFH options are available to support flexible, client-centered care.

You will conduct FBAs, develop treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with a BCBA-led team to deliver high-quality outcomes while maintaining a manageable caseload and strong work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification is required.
• North Carolina LBA license is required.
• Experience with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• A compassionate, team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and create individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver play-based ABA therapy in the clinic and support families with home/community goals.
• Train, mentor, and supervise RBTs, ABATs, and Behavior Technicians.
• Collaborate with clinical peers to ensure quality, consistency, and excellent client outcomes.
• Collect and analyze data to measure progress and guide treatment decisions.
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and professional development.
