Job summary

The Treetop ABA in Pinehurst, NC is seeking a dedicated BCBA to lead clinical care and supervise a team of technicians. You will conduct FBAs, develop individualized plans, and provide play-based ABA therapy in-home with families, while collaborating with peers to ensure top-tier client outcomes.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required and NC LBA license required.
• Experience with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and create individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver play-based ABA therapy in-clinic and support home/community goals.
• Train, mentor, and supervise RBTs, ABATs, and Behavior Technicians.
• Collaborate with clinical peers to ensure quality and outcomes.
• Collect and analyze data to measure progress and guide decisions.
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and professional development.
