Job summary

The Treetop ABA Therapy in Raeford, NC is hiring BCBA clinicians to lead high-quality care in a supportive, clinician-led environment. This in-center role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with no nights or weekends, sign-on bonus, and base salary range of $85,000–$100,000 plus monthly bonuses.

You'll conduct FBAs and create individualized plans, mentor RBTs, and collaborate with a BCBA-led team to deliver evidence-based ABA therapy while enjoying generous benefits, paid time off, CEU stipends,

Qualifications

• Active BCBA Certification required.
• North Carolina LBA license required.
• Experience with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and create individualized treatment plans
• Deliver play-based ABA therapy in the clinic and support families with home/community goals
• Train, mentor, and supervise RBTs, ABATs, and Behavior Technicians
• Collaborate with clinical peers to ensure quality, consistency, and excellent client outcomes
• Collect and analyze data to measure progress and guide treatment decisions
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and professional development
