The Treetop ABA is seeking a full-time BCBA in Raeford, NC to deliver high-quality ABA services in-center. You will lead client assessments, design treatment plans, and mentor junior staff while collaborating with a clinical team.

The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with no nights or weekends, WFH options, sign-on bonus, and a strong benefits package including time off and performance bonuses. A passion for compassionate, evidence-based care is essential.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification is required.
• Licensed Behavior Analyst in NC (LBA) required.
• Experience with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver play-based ABA therapy in-clinic and support home/community goals.
• Train, mentor, and supervise RBTs, ABATs, and Behavior Technicians.
