Job summary

The Treetop ABA, based in Wilmington, NC, is seeking a BCBA to lead clinical care in a supportive, clinician-led team. This full-time role offers in-center work with WFH options and a competitive base salary plus bonuses.

You will conduct FBAs, develop individualized plans, mentor RBTs, and collaborate with peers to achieve high-quality client outcomes. A strong emphasis on work-life balance and professional growth is highlighted throughout the role.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA Certification is required.
• North Carolina LBA license required.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Compassionate, team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and create individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver play-based ABA therapy in the clinic and support families with home/community goals.
• Train, mentor, and supervise RBTs and Behavior Technicians.
• Collaborate with clinical peers to ensure quality outcomes.
• Collect and analyze data to guide treatment decisions.
• Participate in team meetings and professional development.
