Job summary

The Treetop ABA in Raeford, NC is looking for a BCBA to provide high-quality, evidence-based care in a collaborative clinic setting. You will conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), develop individualized treatment plans, and mentor RBTs, ABATs, and technicians.

Join a BCBA-led team with Monday–Friday schedules, no nights or weekends, and optional work-from-home flexibility. A supportive leadership culture emphasizes mentorship, growth, and work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA Certification required.
• North Carolina LBA licensed required.
• Experience with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Compassionate, team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and create individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver play-based ABA therapy in the clinic and support families with home/community goals.
• Train, mentor, and supervise RBTs, ABATs, and Behavior Technicians.
• Collaborate with clinical peers to ensure quality, consistency, and excellent client outcomes.
• Collect and analyze data to measure progress and guide treatment decisions.
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and professional development.
