Job summary

The Treetop ABA is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our North Carolina team. We offer a competitive salary, with a base of $85,000-$100,000 and additional monthly bonus opportunities, plus a sign-on bonus.

Schedule is Monday through Friday with no weekends, and work-from-home options are available across NC locations. We operate in-home and in-center programs from Asheville to New Bern, including Hillsborough, and provide a collaborative, BCBA-led clinical culture with

Qualifications

• Active BCBA Certification (required).
• North Carolina LBA (Licensed Behavior Analyst) required.
• Experience with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• A compassionate, team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and create individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver play-based ABA therapy in the clinic and support home/community goals.
• Train, mentor, and supervise RBTs, ABATs, and Behavior Technicians.
• Collaborate with clinical peers to ensure quality client outcomes.
• Collect and analyze data to measure progress and guide treatment decisions.
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and professional development.
