The Treetop ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead in-home services in Raeford, NC. This full-time role is BCBA-led, with a collaborative, clinician-focused culture that supports professional growth and work-life balance.

WFH options available and a Monday–Friday schedule with no nights or weekends. We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000–$100,000 base with monthly bonus opportunities, sign-on bonus, and a robust benefits package.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA Certification is required.
• North Carolina LBA (Licensed Behavior Analyst) is required.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Compassionate, team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and create individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver play-based ABA therapy in the clinic and support families with home/community goals.
• Train, mentor, and supervise RBTs, ABATs, and Behavior Technicians.
• Collaborate with clinical peers to ensure quality, consistency, and excellent client outcomes.
• Collect and analyze data to measure progress and guide treatment decisions.
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and professional development.
