Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead 1:1 ABA interventions with children and supervise BTs/RBTs. The role involves data-driven treatment plan adjustments and regular family consultations to support meaningful progress.

Full-time, with a Monday–Friday schedule, a supportive clinical team, and an attractive benefits package. Training and scheduling assistance are provided to help manage caseloads effectively.

Qualifications

• Certified as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) verified through the BACB.
• Proficiency with Office 365 applications and ABA software platforms.
• Experience with children/adolescents with varied special needs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.
• Review session data with staff and families and adjust treatment plans.
• Provide supervision through staff/family meetings and consultations.
• Discuss concerns with families regarding treatment and staff.
• Receive clinical support from the Clinical Manager and scheduling help.
