Key Autism Services is hiring board-certified BCBAs to provide high-quality ABA services across multiple states, with options for center-based, in-home, or hybrid schedules.

You will join a collaborative clinical team, receive mentorship, and access internal CEUs while enjoying flexible scheduling, minimal weekend work, and strong support for work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification.
• LABA certification where required by state.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, Special Education, or related field.
• Reliable transportation.
• Experience in home-based services and family collaboration.
• Ability to obtain Safety Care Specialist certification.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and reassessments and write progress reports.
• Develop individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans.
• Supervise and mentor BTs/RBTs.
• Monitor client progress and analyze treatment data.
• Provide caregiver coaching and parent support.
• Conduct functional behavior assessments when clinically appropriate.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality outcomes.
