Job summary

Key Autism Services is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to support diverse service delivery—center-based, in-home ABA, or hybrid schedules—with a focus on clinical excellence, mentorship, and sustainable work-life balance.

You will conduct assessments, develop behavior intervention plans, supervise BTs/RBTs, analyze data, coach families, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA or related field required.
• BCBA certification required.
• LABA certification where required by state.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and reassessments and write progress reports.
• Develop individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans.
• Supervise and mentor BTs/RBTs.
• Monitor client progress and analyze treatment data.
• Provide caregiver coaching and parent support.
• Conduct functional behavior assessments when clinically appropriate.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality outcomes.
