Job summary

Key Autism Services is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our collaborative clinical teams across multiple states, with flexible schedules and options for home-based, center-based, or hybrid work arrangements. You will receive mentorship, internal CEUs, and dedicated support to focus on high-quality clinical care for children and families.

Requirements include current BCBA certification, state-appropriate LABA if required, and a master’s degree in ABA or related field.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification.
• LABA certification where required by state. Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, Special Education, or related field.
• Reliable transportation.
• Comfortable providing home-based services and family collaboration.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Safety Care Specialist certification.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and reassessments and write progress reports.
• Develop individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans.
• Supervise and mentor BTs/RBTs.
• Monitor client progress and analyze treatment data.
• Provide caregiver coaching and parent support.
• Conduct functional behavior assessments when clinically appropriate.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality outcomes.
