Job summary

Key Autism Services is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our collaborative clinical team. We offer center-based, in-home, or hybrid schedules with strong mentorship and ongoing professional development.

You will conduct assessments, develop individualized plans, supervise BTs/RBTs, and analyze data to improve client outcomes, while supporting families and caregivers.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification is required.
• LABA certification where required by state.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, Special Education, or related field.
• Reliable transportation for home-based service delivery.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Safety Care Specialist certification.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments, reassessments, and write progress reports.
• Develop individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans.
• Supervise and mentor BTs/RBTs.
• Monitor client progress and analyze treatment data.
• Provide caregiver coaching and parent support.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality outcomes.
