Qualifications

• Must have a current BCBA Certification and LABA (if applicable by state).
• Master's Degree in ABA or related field required.
• Ability to maintain Safety Care Specialist status.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments, reassessments, and write progress reports.
• Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans and behavior support plans.
• Supervise and train BTs/RBTs to ensure plan fidelity.
• Provide instruction and feedback to families to implement ABA strategies.
