Job summary

Key Autism Services is hiring Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to provide compassionate, evidence-based care across multiple settings. We support flexible scheduling, home-based and center-based services, and hybrid arrangements to balance clinical impact with work-life harmony.

You’ll join a collaborative team with mentorship, ongoing CEUs, and dedicated clinical and administrative support to optimize client outcomes and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification is required.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, Special Education, or related field.
• Ability to obtain Safety Care Specialist certification.
• Reliable transportation.
• LABA certification where required by state.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and reassessments and write progress reports.
• Develop individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans.
• Supervise and mentor BTs/RBTs.
• Monitor client progress and analyze treatment data.
• Provide caregiver coaching and parent support.
• Conduct functional behavior assessments when clinically appropriate.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality outcomes.
