Key Autism Services is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our collaborative clinical team. We support center-based, in-home ABA, or hybrid schedules to promote work-life balance while delivering high-quality care.

You’ll have mentorship, ongoing professional development, and access to dedicated support teams to reduce administrative burden. As a BCBA, you will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise BTs/RBTs, coach families, and collaborate with

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA or related field required.
• Current BCBA certification required for practice.
• State may require LABA certification; accommodate accordingly.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and reassessments and write progress reports.
• Develop individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans.
• Supervise and mentor BTs/RBTs.
• Monitor client progress and analyze treatment data.
• Provide caregiver coaching and parent support.
• Conduct functional behavior assessments when clinically appropriate.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality outcomes.
