Job summary

Key Autism Services is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join a collaborative clinical team across multiple states, offering center-based, in-home ABA, or hybrid schedules. The role emphasizes mentorship, ongoing collaboration, internal CEUs, and support teams to reduce administrative burden.

We provide flexible options, including home-based and center-based schedules, with a focus on work-life balance and meaningful client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification.
• LABA certification where required by state
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, Special Education, or related field

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and reassessments and write progress reports
• Develop individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans
• Supervise and mentor BTs/RBTs
• Monitor client progress and analyze treatment data
• Provide caregiver coaching and parent support
• Conduct functional behavior assessments when clinically appropriate
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality outcomes
