Job summary

Northeast Family Services in Mansfield, MA is hiring Full-Time and Fee-for-Service Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). The BCBA will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, provide family consultations, supervise technicians, and deliver direct therapy focusing on skill acquisition and reducing maladaptive behavior.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or PhD with BACB-approved coursework.
• Current BCBA certification in good standing.
• LABA preferred.
• Minimum two years of clinical experience with Autism/Developmental Disabilities/behavior challenges.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Provide family consultations and trainings; supervise behavior technicians.
• Direct treatment with a focus on skill acquisition and reducing maladaptive behavior.
• Complete documentation including data, progress reports, and behavior support plans.
