Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services is seeking a BCBA to provide direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload in a fast-growing team in the Massachusetts area. The role includes reviewing session data, interpreting results, and adjusting individualized treatment plans.

You will supervise and meet with staff and families, and consult on treatment concerns. The role emphasizes 1:1 ABA therapy with children and ongoing collaboration with clinical leadership.

Qualifications

BCBA certification verified via Behavior Analyst Certification Board
Minimum 1 year experience with children, adolescents, or adults with special needs
Knowledge of behavioral intervention strategies and ethics
Proficient with Office 365 suite and ABA software platforms
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and spend time on floor/standing as required

Responsibilities

Deliver direct supervision to BTs/RBTs with a small caseload
Review data from sessions and adjust treatment plans
Conduct supervision meetings with staff and families
Consult with families regarding treatment concerns
