Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Chelmsford, MA to supervise BTs/RBTs and oversee a small caseload. You will review data from sessions, interpret results, and adjust individualized treatment plans with clinical support.

The role requires a BCBA certification and at least 1 year of relevant experience. The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends, plus a strong benefits package and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required as verified by BCBA board.
• Minimum 1 year experience with children/adults with special needs.
• Knowledge of ABA intervention strategies, ethics, and regulations.
• Proficient with Office 365 and ABA software platforms.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.
• Review session data with staff and families; adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Conduct staff and family meetings for supervision and support.
• Consult with families on treatment concerns and staff performance.
