Job summary

Bierman Autism Centers in New Jersey is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The role emphasizes clinical supervision, collaboration with families, and overseeing ABA programs in center and community settings.

Qualifications

• BCBA or BCBA-D certification required.
• Licensure in states of practice where applicable.
• Fingerprint clearance and TB test prior to employment.
• Experience in early intervention and behavior reduction preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication; cross-functional teamwork

Responsibilities

• Meet prescription fulfillment goals as assigned by Clinical Director.
• Maintain hourly and monthly authorization fulfillment, averaging 25 hours per week.
• Conduct parent training and caregiver collaboration in clinic and home settings.
• Oversee ABA programs and supervise behavior technicians.
• Design and implement Treatment Plans and update progress reports.
• Ensure ethical, individualized programming with data-driven decisions.
