Bierman Autism Centers is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in New Jersey. You will oversee ABA programs, conduct assessments, train caregivers, and lead behavior technicians across center and community settings.

Qualifications

• BCBA or BCBA-D certification.
• Licensure in states of practice (where applicable).
• Valid Fingerprint Clearance Card and TB test prior to employment.
• Experience in early intervention, precision teaching, and behavior reduction preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication with colleagues, direct reports, and caregivers.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; able to learn CentralReach and Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Meet prescription fulfillment goals as assigned by Clinical Director.
• Meet hourly and monthly authorization fulfillment equaling an average of 25 billable hours per week.
• Conduct parent training/caregiver collaboration in clinic and home settings.
• Provide caregiver training per client per month.
• Ensure ethical, individualized programming with consistent decision making.
• Oversee programming in center and community settings.
• Design and implement Treatment Plans for assigned clients.
• Update progress reports for assigned clients.
• Oversee ABA programs including initial and ongoing assessments.
• Direct, lead & supervise behavior technicians and oversee RBT supervision hours.
• Keep up to date on current research and best practices.
• Model and fill in for therapy as needed.
• Promote Bierman Autism Centers within the community.
• Assist Clinical Directors with Initial Assessments as needed.
• Take on supervisees for BACB student supervision as needed.
• Assist with Interim Care as needed for potential clients.
• Document all activities according to BACB and funder guidelines.
