Job summary

Bierman Autism Centers is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead ABA programs in the Cranford area and across New Jersey. You will supervise behavior technicians, design treatment plans, and ensure ethical, individualized client programming.

Qualifications

• BCBA or BCBA-D certification required.
• Licensure in applicable states as needed.
• Fingerprint clearance card and TB test prior to employment.
• Strong organization, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Meet prescription fulfillment goals as assigned by Clinical Director.
• Meet hourly and monthly authorization fulfillment averaging 25 billable hours per week.
• Conduct parent training/caregiver collaboration in clinic and home settings.
• Maintain relationships with parents and provide caregiver training monthly.
• Oversee and supervise ABA programs with RBT supervision hours.
• Design and implement Treatment Plans for assigned clients.
• Update progress reports and oversee program assessments.
• Promote Bierman Autism Centers within the community.
