Bierman Autism Centers is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in New Jersey. This role requires BCBA certification and applicable state licensure, with responsibilities spanning program design, caregiver training, and supervision of therapists.

You will advance ABA therapy across center and community settings while aligning with research and best practices. The position offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits, with a Monday–Friday schedule and a focus on quality outcomes

Qualifications

• BCBA or BCBA-D certification required.
• Licensure in applicable states must be valid.
• Strong organizational, critical thinking and communication skills.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet prescription fulfillment goals as directed by Clinical Director.
• Achieve hourly and monthly authorization targets with ~25 billable hours/week.
• Conduct caregiver training and collaboration in clinic and home settings.
• Maintain client progress notes and oversee ABA program implementation.
• Lead and supervise behavior technicians; ensure BACB supervision hours.
• Stay current with ABA research and best practices; participate in program planning.
• Promote Bierman Autism Centers in the community and support new client intake.
