Job summary

Bierman Autism Centers is seeking a BCBA/BCBA-D to lead behavioral therapy programs at our Indiana centers. The role emphasizes ethical, individualized ABA programming, supervising technicians, and collaborating with families to achieve strong clinical outcomes.

Qualifications

• BCBA or BCBA-D certification is required.
• Licensure in states of practice (where applicable).
• Strong organization, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication with colleagues and caregivers.

Responsibilities

• Meet prescription fulfillment goals as assigned by Clinical Director.
• Meet hourly and monthly authorization fulfillment targets (avg 25 billable hours/week).
• Conduct parent training/caregiver collaboration in clinic and home settings.
• Maintain relationships with parents and provide caregiver training per client.
• Ensure ethical, individualized programming and supervise/oversee ABA programs.
• Lead and supervise behavior technicians and manage supervision hours.
• Stay current with research and best practices; contribute to program development.
