Job summary

Northeast Family Services is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time and fee-for-service role in Massachusetts. You will complete assessments, design treatment plans, provide family trainings, supervise staff, and deliver direct ABA treatment focused on skill acquisition and reducing challenging behaviors.

Requirements include a Master’s or PhD with BACB coursework, current BCBA certification, and at least two years of related clinical experience with autism and

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or PhD with BACB-approved coursework (required).
• Current BCBA certification and in good standing with BACB.
• LABA preferred but not required; strong ABA background.

Responsibilities

• Complete behavioral assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Provide family consultations and trainings.
• Supervise behavior technicians and deliver direct treatment.
• Document all required data, progress reports, and behavior support plans.
• Focus on skill acquisition and reduction of maladaptive behaviors.
