Qualifications

• Must hold BCBA certification or be completing eligibility for certification.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with families and teams.
• Commitment to ABA principles and evidence-based practice.

Responsibilities

• Develop meaningful, evidence-based programs based on data and progression.
• Provide training and supervision to RBTs on client caseload.
• Guide family training and collaboration with treatment team.
• Communicate progress and next steps with all stakeholders.
• Participate in collaborative efforts with other service providers.
