Job summary

Golden Steps ABA, LLC is seeking dedicated RBTs to join our Oklahoma team. You will provide compassionate, evidence-based ABA therapy to children and young adults in home or community settings.

In this role you’ll implement individualized treatment plans, participate in BCBA supervision, and collaborate with families to promote progress. A high school diploma and reliable transportation are required; we offer growth, mentorship, and supportive colleagues in a values-driven culture.

Qualifications

• ABA therapy experience preferred but not required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 1:1 ABA therapy sessions at homes or community settings.
• Implement behavioral interventions and individualized treatment plans for clients aged 2–21.
• Participate in BCBA trainings, team meetings, client observations and parent training as needed.
• Maintain open communication with the BCBA and RBT team members about treatment delivery.
• Receive supervision from BCBA at a minimum of 10% of services provided.
• Maintain professional boundaries with families and clients as per BACB guidelines.
• Enter data daily for each pediatric patient for all programs targeted.
• Attend supervision sessions, conference calls and team meetings as required.
