Qualifications

• Currently a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or sitting for BCBA exam within a month.
• Must have reliable car and driver's license for commuting.
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop evidence-based programming based on client data.
• Supervise and train RBTs on patient caseload.
• Maintain professional communication with treatment team.
• Conduct consistent assessments and intake processes.
