Job summary

Golden Steps ABA is actively seeking an ABA therapist to join our in-home and community-based services in Oklahoma. The role focuses on delivering 1:1 ABA therapy to young learners and teens, implementing individualized plans, and coordinating with BCBA supervisors to ensure high-quality care.

You will participate in ongoing training, data collection, and parent coaching, while maintaining professional boundaries and ensuring client safety during sessions.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience as an ABA therapist or 1 year working with children with disabilities/autism preferred but not required.
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
• Must pass a background check.
• Reliable car and driver's license for commuting to clients' homes.
• Must possess a High School Diploma.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 1:1 ABA therapy sessions with early learners and young adults in home or community settings.
• Implement behavioral interventions and individualized treatment plans for ages 2–21.
• Participate in BCBA trainings, team meetings, client observations, and parent training as needed.
• Maintain open communication with the BCBA and other RBT team members.
• Enter data daily for all programs and remain available for supervision sessions.
