Job summary

Golden Steps ABA, LLC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Massachusetts. You will develop evidence-based ABA programs, supervise RBTs, and guide families to achieve meaningful outcomes for children with developmental needs.

Flexible hours and strong support for professional growth are offered. The role requires BCBA certification (or exam within a month), reliable transportation, and the ability to work in client homes with families and teams.

Qualifications

• BCBA credential with BACB, or waiting for BCBA exam within one month.
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
• Reliable car and driver's license for commuting to client homes.
• Willing to undergo background check.
• Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities and ABA.

Responsibilities

• Develop meaningful, evidenced-based ABA programming based on data and progress.
• Provide ongoing training and supervision to RBTs on caseload.
• Provide family guidance necessary for programming success.
• Maintain communication with the treatment team and other providers.
• Conduct initial intake and ongoing assessments; discharge and transition planning.
