Golden Steps ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead evidence-based ABA programming for clients in Indiana. The role includes supervising RBTs, guiding families, and ensuring high-quality service delivery across cases.

Qualifications

• Currently a BCBA with BACB certification or eligible to sit for BCBA exam within one month.
• Excellent writing and verbal communication.
• Must have a reliable car and a driver’s license for commuting to client homes.

Responsibilities

• Develop meaningful, evidenced-based ABA programming based on data, progress, and ongoing assessment of the client.
• Provide ongoing direct and indirect supervision to RBTs on the client caseload.
• Offer family guidance to support programming success.
• Maintain clear communication with treatment team and collaborate with other providers as needed.
• Discharge and transition planning for clients as appropriate.
