Qualifications

• Must hold BCBA certification or be sitting for the exam within one month.
• Must have a reliable car and driver's license for client commuting.
• Must be able to lift up to 35lbs and perform physical activities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evidence.
• Train and supervise RBTs and provide family guidance.
• Communicate regularly with team members and external providers.
• Conduct assessments and maintain professional standards.
