Job summary

Golden Steps ABA, LLC seeks a BCBA to lead ABA programming across client cases, guiding data-driven decisions and ensuring high-quality service. You will supervise RBTs, provide family guidance, and coordinate with a multidisciplinary team.

Applicants must hold BCBA certification or be within one month of sitting for the exam, have reliable transportation, and pass a background check. A collaborative, growth-focused environment awaits.

Qualifications

• Currently a BCBA with BACB credentials or sitting for BCBA exam within one month.
• LBA credential if applicable.
• Excellent writing and verbal communication.
• Reliable car and valid driver’s license for client home visits.
• Background check required.
• Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities and ABA.

Responsibilities

• Develop meaningful, evidence-based ABA programming based on data and progress.
• Provide ongoing direct and indirect supervision to RBTs on caseload.
• Offer family guidance to support programming success.
• Maintain regular communication with treatment team members.
• Collaborate with other service providers outside Golden Steps.
• Conduct intake and recurring assessments; discharge and transition planning as needed.
