Job summary

Golden Steps ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to develop evidence-based, data-driven programming for clients in Missouri. You will supervise RBTs, provide family guidance, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure quality ABA services.

The role requires strong written and verbal communication, readiness for a background check, and a commitment to growth within a supportive, employee-centric culture.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification or pending BCBA exam within one month
• Background check required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and/or behavior challenges

Responsibilities

• Develop meaningful, evidence-based, hierarchical programming based on data and progress
• Provide supervision to RBTs on patient caseload
• Offer family guidance to support programming success
• Maintain communication with the treatment team and other service providers
• Perform intake and ongoing assessments, discharge planning as needed
