Golden Steps ABA in Indianapolis is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a mission-driven team delivering high-quality ABA services. Flexible hours and a culture that prioritizes client outcomes are emphasized, with a strong focus on growth and community impact.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification with BACB or sitting for BCBA exam within one month.

Responsibilities

• Develop meaningful, evidenced-based, hierarchical programming based on data, progress and assessment of the client.
• Provide ongoing direct and indirect training and supervision to RBTs on patient caseload.
• Provide ongoing direct and indirect family guidance necessary for programming success.
• Communicate with the treatment team and collaborate with other service providers.
• Review data regularly and maintain professional boundaries as indicated by BACB.
• Perform comprehensive initial intake and ongoing assessments; discharge and transition planning.
